Carriage Charges and Delivery
All products that are ordered online will be dispatched directly from our warehouse within 2 working days and the confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to the customers

If products are damaged or lost in transits, customers must intimate about the same to the website

If the order needs to be canceled, it must be done within 14 days and the process will take time to get complete and refund will be done within two weeks. The products must be packed properly and protect it against any damages for successful returning and refund.
Guarantee and Faulty Products
